We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Late cancellations may incur a charge.
The client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the agreed time.
If any area of a completed clean does not meet our standard, please notify us within 48 hours and we will arrange a free re-clean of the affected area.
Fresh Sparkle Cleanz Ltd is fully insured. Liability is limited in accordance with our insurance policy terms, available on request.
Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking.
